The Spirit Scrapbook

The past couple of months have been exciting! We've gone to so many different types of events, it's difficult to choose just one to talk about!
Last month, we helped out Ahava at their "Friend to Friend" event. While we were there, we helped register guests, serve some snacks and assisted with some breakout sessions. Earlier this month, Morgan & Bre were in a commercial to promote safety during the prom season. Kelsey recorded a voice-over for an upcoming commercial and Mia went to the Walleye game to pass out BCSN mini hockey sticks to fans!
Next month, we begin to look for the next group of people to be the Spirit Squad. While we are all bummed out that this year is winding down, it's been a ton of fun! Some of us want to go to school for communications and the on-camera work really helped us improve our skills. It's so much easier to talk to people in the community after of this experience. In addition, Morgan was able to use some of her hours at BCSN to fulfill community service requirements for school!
Hopefully, the next bunch will be as excited as we were about being chosen for this group! It's been worth it!
