Toledo Speedway Ticket Giveaway
1. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Register by completely filling out the on-line entry form at www.bcsn.tv. Only one entry per household, additional entries will not be counted. You must be 18 years or older qualify.
2. RANDOM DRAWING(S): Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received by Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at 12:00am. The drawings will be held on or around Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Winners will be contacted on or around Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone and/or via e-mail. Tickets will be available at BCSN's Office located on 115 S. Reynolds Rd., Toledo, OH 43615.
3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 1 winner will each receive 4 tickets to Toledo Speedway on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at 2pm. Toledo Speedway is located at 5639 Benore Rd., Toledo, OH. Tickets are valued at $27 each.
4. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of Ohio and Michigan. No purchase necessary. Employees of BCSN, Block Communications, and participating radio stations, participating TV stations, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Void where prohibited by law. Decisions of judges are final. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing(s).
No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Potential Grand Prize winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within (3) days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification. All travelers must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing and must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo I.D.) prior to departure. BCSN reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to hold sponsors, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize.
Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsors not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of prizes. Only one winner per household. Winners are only eligible for one prize per month. BCSN is not responsible for delivering prize if Toledo Speedway cancels event
